Step 2- The user will be taken to a new page where they’ve to enter their Access ID. Click “Submit”
Step 3- After submitting their Access ID, the user will be taken to a secure page, where they will have to enter their password. Click “Submit”
Forgotten User ID/Password:
Step 1- If any user has forgotten their password, then they can reset their password. To do so, the user will have to go to the “Forgotten Password” page. Enter the requires security information. Click “Submit”.
After entering the information, the user will receive an email from the bank, sent only to the email address the user gave on file with the bank. This email will contain password information. After receiving the email, the user will again be able to login to their account and conduct their banking activities as usual.
How to Enroll:
Step 1- If any user wants to enroll for online banking, they should go to the bank’s Homepage and click on “Enroll Now” link below the “Click & Go Internet Banking” icon.
Step 2- The link will take the user to a new page where they’ve to enter the required information and click ‘Submit’.
